CurlyCo by Denise Walsh, a growing Irish haircare brand based in Kilkenny, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About CurlyCo

CurlyCo by Denise Walsh is an Irish hair care brand dedicated to celebrating and enhancing curly hair. Our product range includes shampoos, conditioners, masks, defining creams, foams, and hold gels - all carefully formulated to nourish and define curls without sulphates or silicones.

CurlyCo is now stocked in over 240 locations across Ireland and has recently launched in Brown Thomas, making it one of Ireland’s fastest-growing curly haircare brands.

As a growing company with a small, ambitious team, we offer a collaborative and hands-on working environment where each team member plays an important role in the business.

CurlyCo, a growing small business based in Kilkenny, is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Finance and operations coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role based in our Kilkenny office, 5 days a week. Working hours will fall between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and invoice processing
Cashflow and future projections
Liaising with external accountants
Purchase orders and supplier management
Inventory and stock control
Logistics and shipping coordination
Administrative support
Reporting and operational tracking
Office and systems administration

Requirements

Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills
Ability to manage purchase orders and supplier relationships
Experience with inventory, stock control, or logistics coordination
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
Experience with an e-commerce business is desirable.
