Position: Trust & Safety Agent - Canada Market (French & English required)
Location: Fully onsite: Dublin 2/ Dublin 4
Contract: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 6 PM (Candidates need to be open to 24/7 rotational shifts (morning, evening and night shifts); Including weekends and Bank holidays)

We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the Canadian market, including business practices, customer expectations, industry trends, and cultural context. This knowledge may have been gained through professional experience, education, or significant personal experience within Canada. If you are required to work a night shift as part of this , you are obliged to complete a night worker health assessment. Please note that it is a requirement of your continued employment, that you are fit to work night shifts.
You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the , the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this , individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. Review, classify and or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
