Wills Bros is hiring an experienced Structures Foreman for a permanent, full-time role on a major civil engineering and aviation infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. This role is suited to a Structures Foreman, Civil Foreman, General Foreman or RC Foreman with strong experience in reinforced concrete, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, temporary works and site team supervision.
You will take a key site leadership role, supervising structural works, coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors, and supporting the safe, efficient delivery of high-quality construction activities in a live airport environment.

The Role
As a Structures Foreman with Wills Bros, you will supervise and coordinate structural works on site, ensuring activities are planned, sequenced and delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Structures Foreman Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise site teams delivering reinforced concrete, structural and associated civil engineering works.
- Coordinate daily activities including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, temporary works, drainage and utilities interfaces.
- Plan labour, plant, materials and subcontractor requirements to support safe and efficient programme delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Temporary Works Coordinators and project stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve site issues.
- Ensure all structural works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans and quality standards.
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance across all site activities, including permits, RAMS, lifting operations and exclusion zones.
Conduct toolbox talks, briefings, risk assessments and site inspections as required.
- Monitor workmanship, concrete quality, reinforcement placement, hold points and inspection requirements.
- Identify and resolve construction, sequencing and access issues proactively in a live project environment.
- Maintain site records and support project reporting, quality documentation and progress updates.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Structures Foreman, Civil Foreman, General Foreman or RC Foreman with a strong background in civil engineering, reinforced concrete and infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction, including experience as a Structures Foreman, Civil Foreman, General Foreman or RC Foreman.
- Strong experience delivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Proven experience delivering reinforced concrete structures, RC frames, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, bridges, underpasses, retaining structures, chambers, culverts or similar heavy civil works.
- Excellent understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- Full clean Irish driving licence.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Applicants must meet all regulatory security requirements for this role, including clearance by the relevant aviation authorities and An Garda Síochána, to obtain and maintain airside security clearance and an Airport ID pass.
