Full Job Description

Personal Assistant and Office Administrator Role Required for Maternity Leave cover available in Navan. This is a busy working environment, and the role will be to work for two very busy directors providing PA and admin services. This role is for someone who is proactive, articulate, and enthusiastic. The job will be from booking personal flights to managing the day to admin for the business and admin for three smaller properties and companies. The ability to work on your own initiative and produce accurate information is key. Previous experience as a PA and Office Administrator and excellent excel skills. This role requires coming into the office full-time.

Key Responsibilities

· Problem solving should be tackled in a logical manner by seeking facts with an exact and detailed approach

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Take phone calls and booking for our guests and customers

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Windows, Excel, Word. Etc

· Preparation of Timesheets and holiday tracking for each employee and manage the holidays

· Book meetings, stationary purchases, anything else needed by the business to function

· Book Flight and Calendar Management a must

· General Purpose Functions e.g. manage the cleaners.

· Must be prepared to multitask and admin and ad hoc duties

· Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter

· Working with our suppliers and contractors and staff on day to day

· Creating purchase orders and placing orders for any supplies required

· Managing filing systems

Skills

Atleast 3 years experience gained in a similar environment in a broad business support role including PA-office assistant

Experienced in customer management with strong people skills

Strong IT skills

Assertive, Ambitious, and great sense of initiative

Self Starter and ability to pre-empt situations and resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Flexible attire and professional

Strong communication skills, highly organised with an ability to work as part of a team and independently

Would suit someone looking to develop their young career

You must be available immediately or no more than a month

Job Type : Temporary/Maternity Cover

Pay: €30,000 - €32,000 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday -Friday

Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bective, Co Meath

Work Location: In person
