Avena Leisure - Supervisor - WEEKEND WORK: Thur - Sundays
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual who brings energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the business. This role offers real responsibility and variety, with full ownership of all operational challenges / tasks. These include teaching fitness classes, maintaining pool water quality, monitoring and operating dosing systems, ensuring all safety procedures are upheld to the highest standards, and maintaining exceptional hygiene practices across the gym floors and studio spaces.
Throughout the day, you will confidently manage multiple responsibilities, deliver an outstanding customer experience and be a positive presence within the club. This is a weekend shift role, typically Thursday - Sunday, 30hours per week.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the service industry
- Experience teaching a range of Fitness Classes (Pump, Spin, Pialtes etc.)
- Lifeguard qualification with a strong understanding of water and child safety
- First Aid and AED (Defib) trained
- Experience working with plant rooms and automatic pool dosing systems
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to report and write copy
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the business
- Ability to work to deadlines, both within and outside your comfort zone
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
