We currently have a role for a Manufacturing Process Engineer on our Night Shift and this role will involve the following:
Role Purpose

Maintain plant and manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and support safe, reliable operations.

Ensure compliance with Quality, Engineering, Safety, Personnel, and Finance policies.

Support continuous improvement and development within the Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment and utilities.
-
Maintain engineering documentation and support equipment validation.
-
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, including issuing permits.
-
Support equipment and process improvement projects.
-
Ensure compliance with building, facility, and equipment standards.
-
Prepare departmental metrics and reports.
-
Use systems such as CMSNext, POEE, DHM, BMS, and CTMS.
-
Promote safe working practices and ensure adherence to all EHS standards.

Participate in incident investigations and drive safety improvements.
-
Foster a strong safety culture across the plant.
Education & Experience
-
Trade certification or relevant third‑level qualification.
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering or technical roles within healthcare or food processing.

Strong organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage timelines and work independently or as part of a team.
Key Skills

Self-starter with ability to organize and work within a team. This experience is necessary to ensure the skills, management expertise and problem solving techniques have been acquired.
