Strandhill Afterschool are looking to recruit a reliable, warm, caring and enthusiastic afterschool assistant. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with school age children.
Role Description
Age group (5-12 years)
Experience essential
Minimum Fetac Level 5 , (desirable)
Duties : Homework support, planning indoor and outdoor activities , supervision, safeguarding
Occupational First Aid (desirable)
Garda vetting (mandatory)
Ensuring the safety, security and well being of the children in your care.
Complying to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
Be a team player
Provide and plan age appropriate activities.
Hours of work 1.30pm to 6pm (Monday to Friday) but these hours may vary.
