Full job description

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef / Cook / Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in breakfast service, pastry and dessert preparation, and general kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes
Producing pastries, baked goods, and desserts
Daily food preparation and prep cooking
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
Assisting with menu preparation and seasonal specials
Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
Managing stock rotation and minimising waste
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Sous Chef
Experience with breakfast service
Experience with pastries, baking, and desserts
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Good understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures
A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: €14.20-€15.00 per hour
