•Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as directed by the Head Chef in a timely fashion and to the agreed standard.
•Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
•Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
•Manage and train any Kitchen staff working within the department.
•Assist the Senior Kitchen Team to develop new dishes and menus
•Ensure you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety and HACCP.
•To work as part of a busy kitchen team and overall as part of a professional hotel team.

This is a full-time permanent position based on a 39 hr working week.
Will require shift work in the evenings
Have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
Have the ability to work well in a busy environment
Have a passion for quality and presentation
Speak Fluent English with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Be self-motivated and creative with an interest in locally sourced and seasonal foods
