About the Role:

Due to the exciting growth at SOSU, we are looking for a motivated collaborative, experienced National Account Manager with a 'customer-first mindset' to join our expanding team at our Ashbourne HQ.

Reporting to the Commercial Director , and responsible for the development and driving a team to achieve the sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop commercial plans. You will own, source and grow key accounts , and work collaboratively to deliver best in class execution in retail.

Key responsibilities include working with each customer channel to achieve consistent sales targets, leveraging our portfolio of brands: SOSU Cosmetics, Dripping Gold, and Bahama Body, striving for our brands to become number one and to be a trusted brand partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth with key account retailers, aligning activities to annual targets.
Manage and maintain key client accounts and unlocking commercial brand opportunities.
Monitor and report on whole sales targets, collaborating with retailers and distributors.
Actively engage and manage new business development opportunities
Analyse account performance, including P&Ls and provide weekly forecast updates to optimise future strategies.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on brand activation plans and activities.
Support retailer expansion and collaborate with Marketing for in-store excellence.
Working closely with departments cross-functionally, being the sales team's key lead.
Laser focused on account planning, forward forecasting, and sales revenue growth for the future.
Provide visibility into sales pipeline and execute customer-specific business plans.
Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with other internal functions with the aim of providing a best-in-class service to the customer

Experience

3+ years experience in Sales/ Key Account/National Account Management.
Has a proven track record in driving a team to succeed.
Degree or similar experience within the beauty arena.
Mass or Premium brand experience essential.
Experience working within the Irish beauty market is ideal, but not essential.
A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance
Working in fast-paced dynamic business.

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent at developing Customer Relationships
Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand and customer (shopper)
Effectively navigate and collaborate cross-functionally
Have excellent Excel and Canva skills desirable.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and rigor.
Be results oriented & proactively Solution Driven.
Structured and organised but comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
Be forward-thinking and have a mindset which allows you to push boundaries and build game-changing cross functional relationships.
