EY’s FSO Business Consulting are experiencing an exciting period of growth due to the financial services sector undergoing rapid transformative changes. In response to market demand, we are looking for an experienced senior manager in working with Financial Services Industry in Ireland or UK, and proven expertise in leadership of complex finance transformation delivery projects.
Role Description & Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our FS Business Consulting team to work with leading financial services organisations on complex regulatory reporting, finance transformation and data-led change initiatives. This role offers the chance to manage regulatory reporting and finance transformation projects, drive stakeholder engagement, contribute to business development and deliver high-quality outcomes for our financial services clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
Experience in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes i.e. BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing
Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects.
