JOB SUMMARY
Project Manager will lead and support assigned manufacturing programs and initiatives of medium to high complexity applying project management expertise to support introduction of new product to the site. Manage assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This includes developing SOW, business proposals, functional requirements, project plan w/milestones, financials, and implementation plan. Provide management and guidance toward successful collaboration with multi-functional groups and direct project team responsible for implementation of Jabil’s strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Define project goals, objectives, and success criteria aligned to business needs.
Gather, validate, and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
Manage end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Establish and monitor KPIs, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing changes and cost impacts.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and staffing requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
Lead, build, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
Ensure strong customer relationships and consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety, security, and confidentiality standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering /manufacturing or equivalent required.
Previous experience of at least 5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment desired
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in project management in an applicable discipline.
PMP Certification/PRINCE preferred.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer (internal or external) objectives.
Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customer personnel.
Demonstrate high performance orientation, detail orientation, market knowledge and sound judgment
Demonstrate ability to build and leverage partnerships, implement change and manage projects.
