Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie required for Sanjay’s Kitchen Indian Restaurant, Market Square, Birr, Co. Offaly.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Experience in Indian/Asian cuisine preparation, food preparation and kitchen operations is essential. Candidates should have experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, stock control, kitchen staff coordination and kitchen POS ordering systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation and support with daily kitchen operations using fresh ingredients and authentic cooking techniques. Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation standards, assisting with menu preparation, stock monitoring, kitchen coordination and supporting efficient service during busy periods. The successful candidate should be able to work effectively as part of a kitchen team while maintaining high operational and food safety standards.
This is a permanent full-time role. Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
