About the Role
We are seeking a bookkeeper, accounts assistant or part-qualified accountant to join our team in a busy and well-established practice.
You will work with a range of clients and gain exposure to accounts preparation, bookkeeping, and client-facing work.
This role is best suited to candidates with hands-on experience in an Irish accountancy practice who are comfortable dealing with clients and managing their own workload. We are open to candidates at different levels depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounts to trial balance / draft stage
- Bookkeeping, VAT returns and reconciliations
- Assisting with management accounts
- Supporting year-end accounts and tax work
- Liaising with clients and responding to queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements
- Currently studying towards ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) or strong bookkeeping experience
- Relevant experience in an Irish accountancy practice
- Good knowledge of accounting software (cloud systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable dealing with clients
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Pay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
