We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our existing team! The successful candidate must be available to work shifts to include early, late, weekends & bank holidays
Main Duties

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service

Create and develop new cocktail recipes
-
Train and mentor bar staff
-
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Manage bar promotions and special events
-
Provide exceptional service
-
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
-
Ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting
-
Implement and enforce bar policies and procedures
-
To provide support in other areas of the hotel if necessary
-
To participate in all Health and Safety training scheduled for you and your team

To complete all HACCP documentation as required
