At Offbeat Donut Co, we look to bring a little magic into your life by delivering the ultimate donut experience.

Donuts are made fresh on site throughout the day in front of our customers.

Unique recipes, which we have fine-tuned to deliver the delicious donuts our customers have come to know and love.

Due to continuous expansion, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative and passionate people to join our growing team of talented bakers in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. The key responsibilities:

To plan and prepare quantities and preparation in advance and to ensure sufficient and timely deliveries of finished donuts.
To make and finish the Offbeat range of donuts to the specified recipes to the highest quality standard required.
To control the use of ingredients, minimize waste and finished product and to maintain the food cost at the agreed level.
To comply with all HACCP and hygiene requirements to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and food safety at all times.
To complete all daily paperwork and participate in the routine reviews of these records and results (e.g. Daily sheets, orders, waste records, food cost, HACCP records etc.)
