Having great cocktail knowledge and confident creating both classic and creative cocktails
By maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Food & Beverage items on the menu.
Meeting and greeting our guests in our renowned warm and friendly manner.
Recording guest orders in a prompt and professional manner with care and attention.
Ensuring that your areas of responsibility are always clean and well maintained
By adhering to the hotel's health and safety procedures.
Making sure all guest requirements are met and to maintain the standards of beverage service.
By having a genuine passion for beverages and cocktails
By promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
Showing excellent customer service skills
Handling cash and credit card transactions ably and appropriately
By providing a world-class experience to all customers of the resort at all times

You have previous experience in a fast-paced, busy environment and demonstrate a keen interest
You are in possession of excellent communications and customer relations skills
You have fluency in English, both oral and written

You have the ability to learn quickly
