Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate industrial and specialist cleaning teams

Oversee works including:
Power washing
-
Window cleaning
-
Carpet cleaning
-
Roof cleaning
-
Gutter cleaning
-
External building cleaning
-
Deep cleaning services
-
Price and prepare quotations/tenders for new and existing clients
-
Conduct site surveys and assess client requirements
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships
-
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance
-
Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations
-
Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities
-
Liaise directly with commercial, industrial, and property management clients

Monitor job profitability and operational performance
Requirements
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial or specialist cleaning management
-
Strong knowledge of specialist cleaning methods and equipment
-
Experience pricing jobs and preparing quotations
-
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects
-
Strong client-facing and communication skills
-
Business development or sales experience is highly desirable
-
Full clean driving licence
-
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and lead by example
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Industrial Cleaning Manager to join our growing specialist cleaning division. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone with strong operational experience, excellent client management skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will oversee specialist cleaning operations while also helping to expand our client base and develop new business opportunities.
