Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: FJS Plant, Naas Office
Hours: Part-time
Role Type: Office-based
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements at month end.
- Complete purchase ledger month-end close.
- Assist the Accounts Manager to ensure all invoices and payments are processed for month end.
- Carry out general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
- Undertake any other reasonable finance, accounts, or administrative duties as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to work and problem solving.
Pay: €27,000.93-€43,932.66 per year
