European Prestige Ireland is one of Ireland's leading independent car specialists, supplying a wide range of luxury and performance vehicles to customers throughout Ireland.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. You'll work with an exceptional selection of luxury and performance vehicles while providing a first-class buying experience to every customer.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and ongoing aftersales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing showroom, telephone and online enquiries.
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles.
Arranging vehicle demonstrations and presenting vehicle features and specifications.
Negotiating sales and closing deals professionally.
Generating new business through referrals, repeat business and prospecting.
Assisting with vehicle appraisals and part-exchange valuations.
Coordinating with our administration team to ensure a seamless sales process.
Preparing all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience before, during and after the sale.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Keeping up to date with market trends and the latest vehicle models.

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in automotive sales, with a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience within the high-end vehicle sector is highly desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for luxury and performance vehicles.
A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
A proactive attitude with the drive to exceed sales targets.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A full, clean driving licence.
