Skilled Labourer – Groundworks, Paving & Demolition (Co. Kildare)

Raven Construction is a growing construction company specialising in residential and commercial retrofit works across Co. Kildare. We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in groundworks, paving, demolition, and general construction works, with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team on a variety of projects.
The Role
You will assist with a range of construction and retrofit works including demolition, groundworks, paving, drainage, site preparation, and general labouring duties while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Demolition and strip-out works
- Groundworks and site preparation
- Paving, kerbing and patio installation
- Drainage and concrete works
- General labouring and construction support
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining site cleanliness
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors as required
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in demolition, groundworks, paving or construction essential
- Good knowledge of construction site practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling essential
- Full clean driver’s licence preferred
- Experience operating small plant/machinery an advantage
- Own transport and tools an advantage

Location
All work is based in Co. Kildare. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
