RadioHub is a leading radio consultancy, training and production company with over 25 years experience in the broadcasting industry. We create and deliver high-quality commercial content across a range of platforms, including stations such as Rewind, all Classical Radio, the Exploring Ireland podcast, and Christmas FM.
The Role
We’re looking for a creative and driven professional with a strong sense of vision and a genuine passion for digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience executing social media strategies, growing and engaging audiences, and creating content that resonates.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, confident with social media tools such as Canva, Capcut, Buffer and Meta Business Suite, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the writing and editing of social media copy that aligns with RadioHub’s brand voice, while meeting the needs of our commercial partners. A keen eye for trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking are essential.
- Scheduling posts across social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok, and monitor and respond to queries / comments.
- Managing and coordinating commercial social media posts using Trello, our project management platform, ensuring all content is scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time in line with campaign objectives.
- Supporting the smooth running of competitions, giveaways and sponsor-related posts.
- Ensuring posts are accurate, timely, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Co-ordinating with the wider team to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Capture footage on filming days and edit to make quality content.
About You
- Good understanding of social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and ideation, content creation, scheduling and reporting - we're looking for someone who can create and then post, not just post.
- Familiarity with tools such as Trello and Canva (training provided if needed).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule mid-week, during working hours, and managing multiple tasks. This would entail both remote working and attending various on-site days such as OBs (Outside Broadcasts) and studio days.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional requirement:
You must be able to travel to our Liffey Valley studio if required. You must also be able to work flexible hours and have access to your own laptop and phone.
