Your Core Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience — warm, fast, and personal every time
- Greet every customer like they’re walking into your own home
- Handle food and drink orders, payments, and front-of-house duties with speed and precision
- Keep the restaurant spotless and organised, always ready for the next customer
- Multi-task between service, table clearing, cleaning, looking after customers, and more — no job too small
- Take initiative, solve problems fast, and lead by example every day
- Maintain exceptional standards in hygiene, food safety, service, and team support
