Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and proactive Clinic Administrator to join our clinic. This is a varied role that is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and providing a warm, professional front-of-house experience.
Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining clinician diaries.
Processing client payments and handling daily transactions.
Ordering of food, medicine and clinical supplies
Monitoring and managing stock levels and inventory.
Preparing and maintaining the staff rota.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative systems are up to date.
Assisting with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence using computers, email, and appointment management systems.
Previous administration or reception experience (healthcare or veterinary experience is an advantage but not essential).
