Chef de Partie (CDP)

Errigal Country House Hotel – Cootehill, Co. Cavan

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at the award-winning Errigal Country House Hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, enjoys working as part of a professional team, and thrives in a busy kitchen environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant.
Be confident running their own section and maintaining high standards at all times.
Have a strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Work well under pressure while remaining organised and focused.
Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Have excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality food.
Experience or knowledge of the pastry section would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
Take ownership of your section, ensuring it is fully prepared for service.
Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Assist with stock rotation, food ordering, and minimising waste.
Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team where required.
