Full job description

CMP is seeking to recruit a full-time or part-time Office Administrator to join our team at our offices in Monaghan.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of CMP’s Operational Programme in accordance with strict Producer Organisation regulations
Assisting with Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine audits, preparation of EU assistance claims, and maintenance of information databases and supporting documentation
Tendering and obtaining quotations for capital expenditure projects
Management and record keeping of all CMP capital expenditure
Data entry, management, and development of CMP’s management data systems
Management and analysis of forecast versus actual yields across the grower network
Assisting in the preparation of production and supply data, help inform pricing and commercial decisions
Managing and maintaining quality control records and reporting systems
Managing timesheets and training records for Producer Organisation staff
Building and maintaining good working relationships with CMP’s grower network
Carrying out other ad hoc reports and administrative tasks as determined by the CEO, PO Manager or Finance Manager

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
