Job Description

This is a full time, permanent position. Working days, Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week.
As a JSC Laboratory Support Analyst you will serve as a laboratory support analyst within the client environment to support their technical and analytical tasks, to work to the highest standards in terms of quality and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities that you be covering:

You will support cell culture, purification, and bioreactor activities, including equipment setup, material preparation, data monitoring, sampling, sample analysis, and bioreactor feeding.

You will maintain laboratory equipment by performing routine checks and calibrations, replenishing reagents, coordinating maintenance or repairs, and responding to equipment alarms or breakdowns in collaboration with maintenance personnel.

You will carry out key laboratory support tasks such as processing autoclave and washer loads, restocking consumables, maintaining 5S standards, and providing general assistance across laboratory operations.

You will manage samples by coordinating receipt, storage, and shipment to external sites, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting investigations related to laboratory or API LM Lab issues.

You will develop subject matter expertise in assigned techniques, independently execute assigned projects, and write or revise SOPs, reports, and other official documentation while keeping up to date with all relevant procedures.

You will coordinate and respond to ad‑hoc requests for laboratory support or equipment information, perform additional duties assigned by Laboratory Management, and contribute to smooth day‑to‑day laboratory operations.
Qualifications
What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an JSC Laboratory Support Analyst :

You hold a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Biology, or you hold equivalent industry experience depending on qualifications.

You will bring industrial experience in aseptic techniques, with cell culture expertise and exposure to a biotech manufacturing environment considered strong advantages.

You will apply your experience with analytical techniques—including cell counting (CEDEX/Vi‑Cell), pH, conductivity, metabolites (BioFlex), and osmolality—and ideally have practical laboratory experience in a GMP or GLP setting.

You will demonstrate high attention to detail, disciplined laboratory technique, and strong analytical skills to troubleshoot laboratory issues effectively.

You will work collaboratively within team structures, communicate clearly, and contribute leadership when required to support smooth laboratory operations.

You will be available to work regular weekend hours as part of the standard schedule and show flexibility to meet operational needs.
