Posh Burger is a premium smash-burger concept built on quality ingredients, consistency, and serious attention to detail. We focus on doing a small menu exceptionally well, no shortcuts, no compromise. Proudly rooted in the Blackrock community.

We’re now looking for a Burger Chef who loves the craft, understands pace, and takes pride in putting out perfect food every time.

The Role

As a Burger Chef, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen operation, responsible for delivering high-quality burgers and sides in a fast-paced takeaway environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook smash burgers to brand standard
Operate flat-top grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely
Assemble orders accurately and consistently
Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
Follow HACCP, allergen, and safety procedures at all times
Work closely with the kitchen team to manage peak service periods
Assist with stock rotation, prep, and waste control

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a chef, grill chef, or kitchen operative (burger/grill experience a big plus)
Strong understanding of food safety & hygiene
Ability to work under pressure in a busy service
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Flexible availability (evenings & weekends essential)
