As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
- Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
- Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
- Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system

Your working hours
- Part-time contracts available, fully flexible
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Clear communicator with strong organisation, attention to detail and computer skills
- Proactive and solution-focused, with experience in similar roles or the beauty industry
- Warm and approachable with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Effective time management, teamwork and use of initiative
