Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our friendly and professional Food and Beverage Team. You must be flexible with hours and available to work mid-week daytime and evenings.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a high-class restaurant or 4-star hotel is essential.

A high level of customer service is essential.

Fluent English

As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will be required to work in any of our F&B outlets and deliver an excellent customer service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Have the ability to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Bistro, and Conference & Events including our wedding functions.
Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Take and deliver customer orders and requests consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
Prepare and set up tables in any area of the operation assigned on a working day including service areas for events and or meeting rooms.
Follow cash handling procedures.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Up-sell with latest departmental incentives.
Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
