Job Description
You will manage a portfolio of structured finance and aviation SPVs, playing a key role in transaction execution, client relationship management, and governance oversight. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality transaction management services.
Please note this is a 12 month FTC
What you will do

You will act as transaction manager for a portfolio of SPVs across structured finance and aviation transactions, ensuring smooth execution and delivery

You will manage end-to-end transaction closing processes, reviewing documentation and coordinating with legal advisors and stakeholders

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties including auditors, lawyers, and investment managers

You will ensure all governance, regulatory, and corporate secretarial obligations are met accurately and on time

You will drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, managing risks, and supporting enhancements to processes and controls

Qualifications

You hold a degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with a professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or legal qualification) preferred

You have experience in corporate services, structured finance, or a similar client-facing environment

You have strong organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure

You demonstrate strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a structured, analytical mindset

You have experience or exposure to structured finance and aviation transactions, with proficiency in MS Office and related systems being an advantage
