English Language Teacher - Limerick Campus

About Us: NED College, established in 2010, is one of Ireland’s leading English language education providers. We connect people from all over the world, helping them improve their English while living in Ireland, and providing them with amazing experiences. With campuses in Dublin and Limerick, we have helped over 12,000 students from 33 nations learn English through high-quality classes and a variety of outdoor activities.

What You Will Do:

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons for adults.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
Maintain a strict English-only environment in the classroom.
Prepare students for relevant external examinations.
Conduct and mark weekly progress tests, recording results.
Enforce the school's anti-tardiness policy.
Work closely with the Academic Director and Assistant to ensure consistently high-quality lessons and guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Recognised TEFL/CELTA certification.
Excellent understanding of language structure and the ability to explain grammar.
Valid visa with eligibility to work in Ireland.
Ability to commute to Chapel House, Limerick.
Experience in teaching English as a second language to adults is preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet student needs.
Experience living or studying abroad is a plus.

We Offer:

Full Time position
Initial pay starting at €16/hour. The starting salary for this position will be the beginning of the pay band.
