Job Description

What You'll Do

Design and develop electronic hardware systems and subsystems.
Contribute to technical requirements and electronic architectures.
Perform schematic and PCB design reviews.
Support verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Drive or support root-cause investigations and technical problem solving.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support product introduction and sustaining activities.
Support component lifecycle and obsolescence mitigation initiatives.
Evaluate and qualify alternate electronic components.
Work closely with external engineering partners and suppliers.
Support engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
8 to 12+ years of experience in electronic product development.
Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
Experience with PCB development and board-level debugging.
Experience using laboratory test and measurement equipment.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Diagnostic, or Scientific Instrumentation industries.
Experience supporting regulated product development environments.
Experience with component obsolescence management and redesign programs.
Experience with FPGA or CPLD-based systems.
Familiarity with Altium, PADS, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar ECAD tools.
Experience working with global and cross-functional engineering teams.
