Chef de Partie – Hamptons Bar & Grill, Limerick
Hamptons Bar & Grill is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of Limerick City.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Ensure all food preparation meets established quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate daily tasks and production requirements with the Sous Chef.
- Supervise and support junior chefs and commis chefs.
- Monitor food quality, stock levels, and daily production requirements.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times.
- Ensure the correct handling, storage, and preservation of all food products.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment.
- Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and ensuring only authorised goods are accepted.
- Maintain awareness of menu items, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
- Support the achievement of food cost, quality, and guest satisfaction targets.
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably required by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' professional chef experience, including at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-volume establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, and kitchen best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of spoken and written English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for quality food and service.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week
