Full job description

We are currently recruiting experienced Roller Drivers, Pavers and General Labourers to join a busy civils and roadworks team based in Letterkenny, County Donegal. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term work on a variety of surfacing and construction projects.

The Role:

Operate ride-on rollers safely and efficiently (Roller Drivers)
Lay and finish asphalt to a high standard (Pavers)
Assist with site preparation, groundwork and general labouring duties
Support machine operators and site crews
Follow all health & safety procedures
Keep work areas clean and organised
Carry out manual handling and other site-related tasks as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Valid Safe Pass (essential)
Relevant plant tickets/certification for Roller Drivers
Manual Handling certificate preferred
Ability to work as part of a team
Good work ethic and reliability
Full driving licence is an advantage
