Full job description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage content creation, social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Oversee the company’s brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Work closely with other department managers to support business goals.
Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on data insights.
Manage yearly Marketing Budget including Sponsorship opportunities which are relevant to the Century Complex Brand.

Qualifications

3–5 years of marketing experience, in a similar position.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
