Full job description

The Silver Tassie is a family run 4 star hotel on the Ramelton Road, 10 minutes from Letterkenny town in Co. Donegal. We are one of the top wedding hotels in Donegal and our bar, lounge & restaurant are favourite dining spots for many locals as well as hotel guests.

We are currently recruiting chefs of all grades. An attractive Salary as well as Flexible Hours are available to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should:

Have a minimum of 2 years experience.
Have knowledge of HACCP.
Be capable of working in a fast paced, busy environment.
Work well as part of a team.
Be willing & available to start work in 1 - 4 weeks.

Responsibilities will include:

Working alongside the kitchen team to prepare, cook & plate menu items.
Minimising waste.
Reporting to the kitchen manager/head chef.
Ensuring work area is kept clean, safe & hygienic.
Adhering to health & safety protocols.
