Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated restaurant team leader to join our food and beverage team in Century Complex. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, supporting restaurant operations, and leading a front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will support the management team in the front-of-house operation of our restaurant while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards throughout.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
Assist with staff training and team development.
Maintain cleanliness, have excellent organisational skills, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Assist with day-to-day restaurant floor supervision and shift management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality/food and beverage supervisory role is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
