Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section.
Manage and oversee a designated station (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce, fish, or vegetables).
Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Minimize food waste and control portion sizes to maximize profitability.
Train and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
Assist in menu development and suggest new dishes or improvements.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Pay: €37,000.00 per year
