We’re Hiring: Part-Time Assistant Manager (Barista).

We’re so excited to welcome a new Assistant Manager to our team!

If you’re an experienced barista with leadership experience and a real love for coffee, people, and great service—this could be the perfect fit for you.

This is a part-time role (minimum 25 hours per week) with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Weekend work will be shared between the owners and our new Assistant Manager, so you’ll be an important part of keeping things running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who:

Brings positive energy and leadership to a team

Has a genuine passion for hospitality

Loves creating memorable customer experiences

Takes pride in great coffee and great service

You won’t just be stepping into a role—you’ll be helping us shape the experience, culture, and vibe of our café every day.

Pay: Competitive and negotiable, depending on experience.
