Full job description

Help keep one of Kerry's busiest property businesses running smoothly.

At Property Partners Gallivan & Its4Rent, we manage sales, lettings and property management across Kerry. We're looking for an organised, friendly and proactive administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and wants to become a valued member of a close-knit team.

This isn't just a reception role. You'll become one of the people who keeps the business moving every day.

About you

You'll probably have experience in administration, customer service or office coordination.

You might currently work in:

Property
Legal
Financial services
Hotel reception
Professional services
Healthcare administration

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

enjoys helping people
is naturally organised
communicates confidently
handles confidential information professionally
learns new systems quickly
enjoys working in a busy environment
likes solving problems

Experience with accounts would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

The role

You'll support both our property sales and property management teams by:

Managing client enquiries
Coordinating office administration
Maintaining accurate property records
Preparing documentation
Supporting accounts and invoicing
Liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers and contractors
Helping keep the office running efficiently
