O'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. Our company philosophy is built upon three core values: employee experience, customer experience, and standards of excellence.

The team at The Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa, are seeking an experienced Full-Time Spa Receptionist to join their team for 5 shifts per week, working a variety of shifts including weekends.

What you'll do:

To liaise with all clients and hotel guests on the phone and face to face in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
To deal with all check-ins in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and to ensure the client/guest is helped with any information they may require during their time in the Spa
Ensuring that each client/guest receives a memorable Spa experience from start to finish.
To be knowledgeable on all Spa product and the ability to upsell at every available opportunity.
Maintaining high Spa standards at all times.
Carrying out general Spa duties as required.

About you:

At least 1 year Spa Reception/administration experience is desirable
Must be guest focused and with excellent communication skills.
Must present a professional image at all times.
Must be well organised.
Must have fluent English.
