Responsibilities

Preparing customer invoices.
Processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs.
Generate Monthly Statements for Customers.
Processing customer payments and supplier payments.
Preparing and processing weekly payroll.
Bank reconciliations and account balancing.
Prepare and process VAT Returns.
Act as first point of contact, managing front desk operations.
Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Maintaining office records and filing systems.
Organise weekly schedule for engineers.
Organise employee training when required ensuring certification is kept in date.
Ensure company vehicles are taxed and CVRT is completed.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, or office administration.
Experience with Bright Books and Collsoft Payroll would be highly desirable.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
