MINT by Pembroke Kilkenny is Kilkenny's results driven aesthetic clinic, home to one of the most advanced technology suites in Ireland and part of the country's Boutique Hotel of the Year 2024. We are hiring a Senior Aesthetic Skin Therapist to deliver advanced treatment programmes and help shape what comes next. Salary from €39,000 plus performance incentives.

The Role

You will deliver advanced, results driven skin treatments in a clinic built around structured consultations, personalised treatment programmes and measurable client outcomes. This is a senior position with real clinical scope and real influence on how the clinic grows.

Delivering advanced skin treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, laser and skin rejuvenation programmes
Leading structured consultations and building personalised, results focused treatment plans
Using advanced skin analysis technology to diagnose, plan and track client outcomes
Recommending medical grade homecare programmes that protect and extend results
Building long term client relationships through expertise, care and retention
Maintaining expert knowledge of protocols, ingredients and emerging technologies
Contributing to the standards, growth and innovation of the clinic

The Technology

You will work hands on with one of the most advanced technology suites in Ireland:

Candela GentleMax Pro and Nordlys IPL with 1550 laser
BTL Exion, EmFace, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, Emfusion and Lymphastim
Observ advanced skin analysis
Medical grade skincare partners including Dermalogica, PCA Skin and AlumierMD

Together these allow us to address concerns from pigmentation, rosacea and scarring through to skin rejuvenation and body confidence, with full training provided on every platform.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 7 years' experience in advanced skin therapy
Advanced knowledge of skin health and skin conditions
Experience with microneedling, advanced facials, medical grade skincare, laser hair removal and laser skin treatments
Excellent consultation, communication and treatment planning skills
Commercial awareness and confidence recommending treatment and homecare programmes
A passion for exceptional client results and a desire to keep learning
