Full job description

DNG Ella Dunphy are recruiting an experienced Receptionist/Team Administrator to attend to Front of House duties, diary management and provide admin support & data input to our Sales, Valuations and Lettings Teams.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful City Centre based property company experiencing rapid growth with a possibility to grow further in the industry as your own experience grows.

You'll enjoy a varied role comprising of answering calls, scheduling appointments, diary management, property data input, updating web portals, social media websites, brochuring and keeping the office presentable. You'll also contribute to general admin tasks.

Due to the nature of the work, our company needs a self motivated individual who can work well under pressure, has good time management, organisational skills and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Requirements:

A strong interest in and understanding of the Irish Property Industry
Excellent typing skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
First Class personable and professional telephone manner.
A flexible, positive attitude towards work
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
An ability to prioritise own workload
Ad hoc duties as required
Consistent upskilling due to evolving nature of the industry

*Previous experience in the property industry is beneficial. Receptionist, hospitality industry and those with administrative experience also relevant.
