About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support the creation, execution, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across a range of industries.
The successful candidate will work across a broad mix of digital marketing activities including campaign management, SEO optimisation, website management, paid advertising, analytics tracking, conversion reporting, social media marketing, branded content creation, and performance analysis for both Elements and client companies.
This role requires someone who combines creativity with strong analytical thinking. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interpreting marketing data, tracking campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating directly with clients, with an ability to present campaign data relating to marketing spend and performance.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Working Arrangement
Full-time:
· This role is 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days
Hybrid working model:
· 3 day per week in-office in Kilkenny (required)
· 2 days per week remote
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Create engaging digital content across LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and branded materials
· Plan, create, manage, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
· Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates, lead generation, and ROI
· Set up and manage analytics dashboards, conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and reporting systems
· Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to improve website rankings, organic visibility, and search performance
· Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across website and content assets
· Track user behaviour and website performance using analytics and heatmapping tools
· Produce regular performance reports and communicate insights clearly to internal teams and clients
· Support website edits, landing page optimisation, and conversion-focused improvements
· Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, reporting, and automation
· Write clear, engaging copy tailored to different audiences and platforms
· Design a wide range of digital assets for both Elements and client companies
· Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all outputs
· Support the CEO and wider team with ongoing client requirements and project delivery
· Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines across different campaigns and projects
Experience & Qualifications
· A recognised qualification in a creative, marketing, or related field
· Previous experience in a marketing, business, or similar environment
· Experience working in a B2B environment is an advantage
