The Temple Gate Hotel and The Shannon Springs Hotel have a dual role for an exciting new position

We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to join our marketing team as a Social Media & Content Creator. If you live and breathe social trends, love crafting engaging content, and have a knack for turning ideas into high-performing posts, we want to hear from you!

This role blends creativity with strategy - you'll be responsible for developing content that not only looks great, but also drives engagement, builds our brand, and supports key marketing goals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with our marketing strategy and brand voice.
Create original, high quality content for various platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
Produce and edit videos, reels, carousels, and other multimedia content.
Write compelling captions, post copy, and short-form blog or newsletter content.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand tone.
Track content performance and report on engagement, reach, and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
Strong portfolio or examples of past social media and content work.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, proactive, and always ahead of trends.
Professional and reliable
Comfortable appearing behind the camera and directing content creation when required
