Key responsibilities, duties and tasks

Supporting account management team in securing, retaining and developing our customer base
- Research and business development

Engagement and prospecting

Outbound cold calling

Outbound calls to existing customers

Keep CRM up to date with contacts and activity

Marketing/Tele sales

Respond to enquiries and appoint meetings to the relevant parties

Manage multiple customer/prospect relationships

Utilization of CRM software

Manage the appointment booking process for Lunch and Learn sessions

Mange Just Eat requests
-
Other sales projects as required

Number of quality conversations

Acquire potential new customers contact details and update existing

Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in appropriate training activities

Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses
