Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

To establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Leisure Operation.
To ensure there is an orientation programme on the use of the gym facilities and equipment for all new members and to develop personalised fitness programmes where requested
To develop the membership offering within the Leisure Operation
To provide day to day supervision of Leisure staff
To assist all guests / members with respect to Spa reservations and the use of leisure facilities in a professional and courteous manner.
To actively sell Membership and achieve target figures
To actively sell personal training to our members and achieve target figures.
Prepare and deliver a combination of fitness classes daily
To monitor all guest feedback and to implement systems to address relevant comments thus ensuring continuous guest satisfaction.
.To direct and lead the day to day Leisure operations ensuring all standards are followed.
To train, and manage a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
To keep up to date on Leisure services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings.
To support team members in all aspects of the business operation.
To ensure compliance with health and hygiene guidelines, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with our standards
To assist in the recruitment, development and training of all Spa & Leisure team members.
To act as a liaison with the Sales and Marketing team to co-ordinate all PR, sales and marketing activities.
To initiate and instigate new ideas and avenues for growth and development.

This is how we see you:

3-4 years' experience as an Leisure Manager within a 5 star/luxury brand outlet is advantageous
Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required
Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service
