About the Role
Caragh Nurseries is looking for an experienced and reliable Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. The role involves overseeing and carrying out a variety of landscaping and planting projects across residential and commercial sites.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in delivering high-quality projects, and can lead by example on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and oversee planting projects including:
- Trees
- Hedging
- Shrubs and planting schemes
- Turf grass installation
- Work closely with our garden designer to ensure projects are completed according to plan and specification
- Organise and manage daily site tasks efficiently
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within timelines
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of using your own initiative
Requirements
- Previous landscaping or horticultural experience essential
- Experience leading or supervising projects preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
- Full clean driving licence preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with early morning starts and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve on-site
